Circuit Court of the state of Oregon,

June, A. I). 1915, in a certain suit
wherein the Western Loan and Build-
ng Company, a corporation were
plaintiff, and Norma Gail Taylor,
Thomas W. Taylor, Lem L. Brown
and Bess M. Brown were defendants,
in favor of the plaintiff, and against
the defendants, and commending
