The American oil tank steamship Gulfllght was sunk by a German submarine off the Scllly Is lands, according to a dispatch to the Central News Agency. The Gulfllght sailed from Port Arthur, Tex., April 10, for Rouen, France. The captain died from heart failure s a result of shock, and two seamen Jumped overboard and were drowned. The other members of the crew were taken off by a patrolboat and landed. The vessel was towed Into Crow Soulid and beached. , Washington.
