road. Resolution adopted recom
mending the establishment of the
Tumalo Project No. 1, proposed
county road.
Crooked river county road.
(Paulina, Bear creek and Fair
Grounds roads) Resolution
adopted recommeuding the pro
posed changes in the Crooked river
road.
In the matter of claims allowed
for the general election held Xov.
3,1914. It appearing to tire court
that a number of exorbitant
claims have been presented for
judges and clerks for the last gen
eral election held November 3rd,
1914; ordered that the amount? :
allowed the officers of said election
shall be as follows: When not
more than 50 votes cast, $3; when
more than 50 and not more than
115 votes cast, $6; when more
than 115 votes cast, $9.
In the matter of warrants out
standing against the general road
fund. Ordered that all persons
having any warrants against the
general road fund issued during
the year 1914 for the purpose of
making permanent improvements
on the Bear creek, Paulina, Mc
Kenzie and other roads; and all
persons who procured any of said
warrants for distribution and sale
make a full and complete report
to the county clerk of all sums
outstanding, so that all warrants
not used may be cancelled.
In the matter of the L. S. Rick
ard county road. Viewers' report
read for first time.
In the matter of the renewal of
the bonds of the sheriff et al for
year 1914. Ordered that the coutt
take cognizance of the fact that
the surety undertakings of the
sheriff, county assessor and county
treasurer were regularly renewed
for the year 1914, prior to January
1st, 1914, in the United States
Fidelity and Guaranty Company,
December Fifth.

ard county road. Viewers' report
read a second time, favorable re
port, no objections. Report ac
cepted. Clerk instructed to insue
proper order opening said road as
public highway whenever funds
are available.

County surveyor instructed to pre
pare a present ownership map of

well on public road. Franchise
granted to John Dagostni to dig a
well, and properly cover the same,
for public uses in thd east side of
the Old Silver Lake road, a county
road, near the Kitchen place.

In the matter of the W. C.
Congleton county road. Con
tinued until first day oi January
term.
In the matter of the George
Millican county roads. Continued

1915.
In the matter of the vacation of
certain etreetn and alleys in the
First Addition to Melolius. Or
der vacating certain streets and
alleys in the First Addition to
Metoliu9 approved when there is
filed with the clerk an amended
affidavit of posting notices ap
proved by the district attorney.
In the matter of certain county

approved and placed on file.
In the matter of supervisor of

in the sum of $500 as road super
visor of district No. 11" approved
bv court.
In the matter of report on scalp
bounty. Report of Warren Brown,
clerk, on scalp bourtv warrants
issued prior to December lnt, 1914,
approved.
In the matter of the O'Neil
bridge. O. F. Wallenberg awarded
contract to cover the O'Neil bridge
196 feet, 14 foot roadway. Wallen
berg to furnish all material neces
sary to replace lower decking and
relav upper decking at the rate of
$21 per thousand, laid.
In the matter of purchase of a
bookcase. Clerk instructed to
draw warrant in favor of John T.
Wheeler in the sum of $14 in full
payment to him of a bookcase now
in the office of watermaster.
In the matter of the claim of
the city of Bend for tax collection
on delinquent taxes. Certain er
rors appearing in the collection of
delinquent taxes during and in
cluding the years 1905 and 1912,
showing sum of $388 16 due the
city of Bend. Ordered that this
amount be approved as due the
citjr of Bend and ordered paid, but
payment deferred for one year as
not included in 1915 budget.
In the matter of the claim ot
school district No. 12. Certain
errors appearing iu tho tax rolls
during and including the years
1905 and 1912, showing the sum
of $1213.43 due school district No.
12; said claim approved and or
dered paid, but as no provision
for payment of same included in
1915 budget, payment deferred for
one yeur.
In the matter of the report of II.
E. Allen for U. II. Buyley. Re
port of R. II. Allen on special
warrants received by R. 11. Bay
ley and expended by R M. Elder
and W, II. May, received. Report
continued for vouchers.
In the matter of indigent per
