will apply to the circuit court of the
county and state aforesaid for a decree
foreclosing the lien against the prop
erty above described and mentioned in
said certificate. And yon are hereby
summoned to appear within sixty days
after the first publication of the sum
mons exclusive of the day of eaid first
publication, and defend this action or
pay the amount due aa above shown to
gether with cost and accrued interest
and in case of your failure to do so, a
decree will be rendered foreclosing the
lien of said taxea and costs against the
land and premises above named.

of the Honorable G. Springer, judge of
the county court of the state of Ore
gon for the county of Crook, and eaid
order was made and dated the 25th
day of March, 1914, and tbe date of
tbe first publication of this summons
is the 26th day of March, 1914. Date
