Parent - Teachers
Association Meeting
The first meetintc of the Prine
ville Parent-Teachers' Association
held Saturday, December 13th, in
the Ladies' Annex parlors was well
attended. After a short business
meeting an excellent program con
sisting of music and papers was
rendered by parents and teachers.
After the program Mrs. Gray, in
behalf of the school board, told of
the need of supplementary books
and equipment for the public
school and suggested having a Tag
Day for the purpose of raising funds.
When it came to a vote it was
unanimously decided to have the
Tag Day, and Saturday, December
20th, was chosen. Your co-operation
is earnestly desired.
The Parent-Teachers' Association
will hold meetings in the public
school building on the second Friday
of each month during the school
year at 3 o'clock.
All mothers are urged to join
this movement and help make it a
success.
