Frame, Gateway, Madras, Dry
Creek, Culver, Latnonta, Paulina,
Combs Flat, near Breese's, Poverty
Flat, cear Grimes'. The foregoing
to be dry tracts and one or more In
each of the foregoing communities.
For Irrigated tracts In each of the
following communities: La Pine,
Bend, Redmond, Alfalfa, Paulina,
also Dry Flat, Post, Powell Butte,
Bear Creek precinct, Sisters. Other
tracts to be selected by college.
In the matter of the F, S. Hoffman
road. Whereas, an error has been
discovered In the order opening said
road, the supervisors are requested
to discontinue work on same until
further orders.
In the matter ol the bill ol Ora
Van Tassel for work on road. Al
lowed $30.
In the matter of the surveyor's re
port on the Sparks Lake and Mo
Kenzie roads. Reports approved
and time granted.
The following wrongful assess
ments were allowed and clerk or
