Rend and Redmond are opposed to it but that make no difference to the judge. He believe Des chutes is entitled to the benefit and b long as it does not invalidate the measure will have his way about it. The point is raised that the name of the irrigation town was not on the petition praying for the good roads and that the judge has no right to place it there by court order.
