widow, residing at , Oregon.
Whereas, the proper application for
a widow's pension has been made to
the county Judge by the said Miry
C. Bonny, widow and mother of
three children, and whereas the said
county Judge Is satisfied that the
said Mary C. Bonny Is entitled to a
penstou under the act of the last leg
islature; and, whereas, the county
judge has fixed the sum of $25 00 as
a proper sum for the said Mary C.
Bonny to receive each month tinder
the provisions of this act. Ordered
and adjudged that the said Mrs.
Mary C. Bouney he, aud she is here
by allowed the sum of twenty-five
(25.00) per month until further order
of this court. The first warrant to
be dated July, 1913.
School department of County Fair.
On the petition of J.E. Myers, county
superintendent of schools, It Is here
by ordered that the sum of $200.00
be set aside as prize money for the
school department of the Crook
County Fair, the said sum to be used
to pay premiums on school exhibits.
Said sum of $200 00 to be taken from
the county's tulr appropriation.

repair Buch as it is their duty to repair.
