The county clerk ia hereby requested
to draw a warrant in favor of J. G.
Clark, road supervisor of Ashwood dis
trict, for the sum of $100, the same to
be accounted for by aaid Clark at the
May meeting of this court.
In the matter of the petition of C. J.
Snndquist et al for county road; the
papers having been heretofore submit
te I to the district attorney and upon his
approval thereof it i ordered that the
boird of road viewers meet at the be
ginning of the aaid propoeed road on the
13th day of April, 1911, view, review
and survey said road and report their
findings thereon at the Lext meeting of
this court.
In the matter of the petition of C. M
Bedtield et al for county road, the pa
pers having been heretofore submitted
to the district attorney and upon bis
approval thereof It U ordered that the
board of road viewers meet at the be
ginning of the said proposed road on
the 12th day of April, 1911, view, review
and survey said road and report thei
findings thereon at the next meeting if
this court.
In the matter of the petition of C. C,
Dunham et al for county road, the pa
pers heretofore having been submitted
tithe district attorney and upon his
approval thereof it is ordered that the
board of road viewers meet at the be
ginning of the said proposed road on the
20th day of April, 1911, view, review
and survey said road and repot t their
findings thereon at the next meeting of
this court,
And now is presented to this court
the plat of Oregon and Western Addi
tioo to citv of Prineville, accompanied
by the tracing thereof, and it appeal
ing to the court that the said plat if
not properly executed, it' is therefore
ordered that upon the executing there
of in conformity to the statnte and up
on the approval thereof by the connty
surveyor and county aseersor, said plat
may be filed in the office of the re
corder of deeds and spread of record.
B. L. Brewster presents to the court
a plat and tracing thereof and it appear
ing to the court therefrom that said
plat and tracing are not in conformity
to law, and that the same are not prop
erly executed, it is therefore ordered
that upon the correction of said plat
and tracing and tbe proper execu' ion
thereof, together with the approval of
the then acting engineer of the city of
Prineville, and the approval of tli
connty surveyor and the county asses
nor, that said plat be accepted and or
dered filed for record.
