We would like very much to have your locality well represented in this car. In addition to the car exhibition, we have a large permanent exhibition room in St. Paul, near In ion depot, which is thronged daily by people en route West. As fast as the above come into season, in addition to applet, pears, plumbs, prunes and other fruits, if you wilt send in some gocd large sami tee of each Mr. Wright will process them and the jars will be carefully marked showing where grown and by w hom furnishei. Later on when alfalfa, timothy, wheat, oats, rye, ets., are harvested, we wish to teeure bundles of some of the tallest and best samples of each. If you will accumulate a number of samples of the non-perishable products and advise nie what you have, we will arrange to assemble it her in Portland and lit up the car here and nse the balance in oor several exhibit rooms. Just now, however, while the straw berry and cherry season is at its height, we wish yon would rush oi in some of them. We are very anxious to make a fine display of Oregon fruits and will much appreciate your assistance and co-operation.
