ple's Irrigation Company's canal is now
occupying a large part of the David
Weaver county road, commencing eight
rods east oi the intersection of said David
Weaver county road with the section line
between sections S and 6, T. 15 8., R. 10 E.

to culvert near Crooked river bridge, and
it further appearing that the condition of
said canal makes it extremely dangerous
to teams and vehicles, it is therefore order
ed that the county clerk notify said People's
Irrigation Co., iu writing and by personal
service as provided by statute, to forth
with build and construct a good level
road bed at leatt 20 feet wide in the clear
with a reasonable bank, fence or railing
between said roadbed and said cnal ; that
said work be done under the direction and
with the approval of the county surveyor
and that in case of the failure or neglect of
said company to so pertorm said work
within 30 days from the date of service of
this notice, the authorities of Crook
county will do the same at the expense of
said company without further notice.
