' The general county fund is in good condition considering the fact that the new county courthouse Is en tirely paid for. However, the general running ex penses of the county and the fall payment of the state tax (about fSOOO) have necessitated registering warrants to the amount of about f 13,000. Scalp bounty warrants to the amount of about $W0 have also been registered. The payment for the furniture and vault fixtures amounting to about $ 4300 comes due in 1910. .. Crook County's proportion of the state tax this year is f 17,454.34.
