Nipped Some Flesh
From Boy's Arm
Luckey Bonny ia a lucky boy. If it
were not ao, instead of leing able to be
around as usual, with only a small piece
of lloeh missini; from the biceps of his
right arm, he would probably have
gome broken liniba or a crualied ekull.
Luckey was ruling the elevator in the
warehouse at J. E Stewart it Co. 'a
store hist Monday evening just before
0 o'clock. He had climbed on to the
crosapiece to which the rope supporting
the car ia fastened and had his arm
around the rope, which runs over a
large pulley overhead. Peg Belknap
was using the ele a'or to raise and
lower goods in the warehouse and on
making a descent stepped, off the ele
vator before the catch which holds it
was in position. The elevator is w eight
ed and when Belknap stepped off it
shot up and caught the boy's arm be
tween the rope and the pulley and
pinched out a chunk of meat. Pr.
Rosenborg sewed up the gash and
Luckey stood they operation without a
whimper.

HOME CURE FOR ECZEMA
OU ot Wlntergraen, Thymol, Glycerin. Ett,
L'Md as a 5lmpl Wash
It really aecms strange that ao many
people auffer year in and year out with
eczema, when It la now no longer a se
cret that oil of wlntergreen mixed with
thymol, glycerine, etc., makes a wash
that la bound to cure.
Old, obstinate cases, it is true, can
not be cured in a few days, but there
is absolutely no sufferer from eczema
who ever used this simple wash and
did not find Immediately that won
derfully soothing, calm, cool sensation
that comes when the itch is taken away.
Instantly upon applying a few drops
of the wash the remedy takes effect,
the itch is allayed. There is no need
of experiment the patient knows at
orvce.
Instead of trying to compound the
oil of wlntergreen, thymol, glycerine,
etc, in the right proportions ourselves
we are using a prescription which is
universally found the most effective.
It is known as the D. D. D. Prescrip
tion, or Oil of Wintergreen Compound.
It is made by the D. D. D. Co. of Chi
cago, and our long experience with
this remedy has given us great confi
dence in its merits.
