Section 4. If any dog shall be found

above provided for, worn in a conspicuous
place upon said dog, for 5 successive

Section 5. The marshal shall In

killed one dollar to be paid out of the

otherwise.
Section 6. It shall be un'awful for
any owner of any female dog or bitch to
allow such animal to run at larte when
in heat and any person permitting anv
female dog to run at large while in heat
shall be deemed guilty of a mislenieanor
and, upon conviction thereof, shall be
punished by a fine of not less than five
dollars nor more than fifty doliarg and
upon failure to pay such fine and the
costs of proeecution, shall be confined
in the city jail one day for every two
doliarg of such fine and costs.
Ordinance No. fifty eight and all other
ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are herebv repealed.
