the position of janitor for new conrt

The petition of R. M. Powell et al for
right of way for the McKay Creek Tele
phone Co, and to erect and maintain a
telephone line on and along the county
road from the corporate limite of Prine
ville to the upper McKay school house ;
said company to keep its line and poles
on the easterly limits of aaid highway as
much ai possible, and wherever necess
ary to cross eaid road line and wires to
be 20 feet above said roadway ; said line
shall be so constructed, operated and
maintained as not to in anywise inter
fere with any telephone line now con
structed on said road. Petition granted
under above conditions.
The resignation of J. W. Livingston
as road supervisor of Kutcher precinct,
district No. 23, was received and accept
ed. R. C. Robison was appointed to fill
said vacancy caused by resignation of
eaio J. W. Livingston.
