We hear that Messrs. Stanley,

the D. L & P. Co., passed through
on their way to Bend.
E. C. Park was in Prineville
Wednesday attending the county
camp of the Modern Woodman of
America, as a delegate from this
place.
Chad Irvin is nursing a felon on
his hand and says it makes him
feel like a felon himself, because
he is condemned to lie around and
let bis work do the same.
Mrs. C. R. McLallin gave
party Wednesday night in honor
of Milton Lawson 8 eighteenth
birtnday. yuite a crowd of young
folks was present. Kefreehments
were served and everyone voted it
a good time.
Candidates Lehman and Springer
were in town Saturday renewing
old acquaintances and forming
new ones. A number of our peo
ple are beginning to feel well ac
quainted, especially with Mr
Springer, and wish him all the suc
cess in the world.
