of Crook, state of Oregon, has this day filed

Range No. 15 E W. M., and will

sought is more valuable for its timber or
stone than for agricultural purposes, and

County Clerk, of Crook county at his office
in Prineville, Oregon, on the i2th day of
October, 1905.
