and Buckingham. I'owrr is to lie
taken from Chelan Falli. The
proposed contracts call for the
building of 30 miles of road within
one year and completing the entire
road by December, 1905. The
road would handle both freight
and passengers. Farmers within
10 miles oi the line are asked for a
bonus ranging from 15 to $.r0 per
quarter section, Tho promoters
refused to tell who is expected to
provide the capital.
