The tourist travel between tho east and the Pacific coast bu readied enormous pioportioiia in the last few years, and calls for a special clnsi of equipment. To meet thin demand the Cullman Co, has issued from ita shops what it technically calls the "Pullman Ordirary Sleeper." These carl appear similar to thu regular sleeper, being limit nil the same plan, hut nut furnished with the same elegance They ara equipped with uiattreuius, blanket, sheets, pillows, pillow-cases, towels, combs, brushes, etc., requiring iiotliinyof the kind to be furnished by the passenger. Each car lis a stove for making collce and tea and doing "light housekeeping," and each section can bo lilted with an adjustable table. A uni formed porter accompanies each car. his business being to nmku up berths, keep the car clean, and look aftur the comfort and wants ef the passengers. In each of the trains which are dispatched daily from Portland by the O. H. v N. Cc. is to be hmnd one of these "Pullman Or dinary Sleepers."
