In the matter of wrongful sale of
land of John Arnold: Ordered that
clerk draw warrant in favor of John
Arnold in the sum of $0.42, being
principal and 6 pur cent interest from
July 8, 1901.
In the matter of the construction
of the Ncwsoin creek bridge. Ordered
that the bid of J B Bliihp be accepted
to construct siud brugo according to
the plans and specifications submit
ted to the court by the surveyor, and

quired to furnish a good and sufficient
bund in the sum of $1000, to be ap
proved by tlio court. J II llenly
objects to the letting of the contract
ut this term, but dowries that the
legallity of the transaction be sub

In the matter of repaiis on the
Agency road in district No. 8, it was
ordeied that the supervisor of said
listiict lie authorized to expend
sum equal to $50, and no more, upon
said load between this date and the
first day of the next regular term. It
was further ordered tlmt the clerk
notify said Mipervisor of this order.
In the matter of repayment of
money to A C Palmer on illegal sale
of land described in certificate No. 102
ordered that warrant be drawn for
$3.35 in favor of A. C. Palmer.
