A NEW DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE FOR THE RACES OF MANKIND e Last week in San Francisco, California, fifty some odd nations signed “THE CHARTER”, enumerating a “NEW DECLARATION OF INDEPENDDENCE” for the races of mankind, united in a common cause-victory over axis ag gression, the military destruction of fascism. This heterogeneous group of United Nations include the most different physical types of men, the most unlike beliefs, the most varied ways of life. Caucasions, yellow men, black men and so called “ red men” of America, inhabitants of the tropics and of the artic, from East to West, joined in signing the document which is supposed to be the pattern to establish permanent peace.
