Explanation of changes:
The District went on several conflagrations causing an large increase in personnel wages and overtime. This increase is
being covered by the Conflagration Reimbursements.
The district participated in the GEMT- CCO Program. By participating in this program, the district has to pay federal funds
and state matching amounts and will receive GEMT Revenue.
