and the trust deed reinstated by
paying to the beneficiary of the
entire amount due (other than such

not then be due had no default
occurred) and by curing any other
default complained of herein that is
capable of being cured by tendering
the performance required under
the obligations or trust deed, and
in addition to paying said sums
or tendering the performance
necessary to cure the default, by
paying all costs and expenses
actually incurred in enforcing the
obligation and trust deed, together

is further given that reinstatement or
payoff quotes requested pursuant

a written request that complies
with that statute, addressed to the
trustee’s “Reinstatements/Payoffs

delivery or by first class, certified
mail, return receipt requested,

record legal or equitable interest in
