A public hearing to consider adoption of the
City of Keizer Parks and Recreation Master Plan
will be held on Monday, December 20, 2021 at
7:00 p.m. This hearing will be held in the Robert
L. Simon Council Chambers, Keizer Civic Center,
930 Chemawa Road NE, Keizer, Oregon. Written
comments may be submitted to Tracy Davis, City
Recorder at davist@keizer.org, or delivered to
Keizer City Hall during regular business hours, or
mailed to the City Recorder at P.O. Box 21000,
Keizer, Oregon 97307. All comments must be
received no later than 5:00 p.m. on December
20, 2021. Postmarks are not accepted. The
location of the meeting is accessible to the
