The crime took place one of Keizer’s busiest parking lots in broad daylight. A video of the incident, taken by another customer on Aug. 25, has received close to 25,000 views on Facebook and hundreds of angry comments. “It was so blatant, that’s what riled me up,” said Andrew Sullivan, who fi lmed the incident. “They were just strolling through the parking lot, just riding the carts."
