Keizer Fire District has record-setting July
In July, Keizer Fire District (KFD)
broke the district record for most calls in
a month.
KFD ran 608 calls for service in July —
it is the fi rst time they have ever had over
600 calls in a month.
There was an average of 19.6 calls per
day coming out of the lone station.
KPD staff s one battalion chief, one
engine company and three medic units,
all with 10-12 fi refi ghters.
