Gwen Carr was welcomed as a
new member of the Keizer Parks and
Recreation Board on Tuesday, July 13.
Keizer resident Carol Doerfler

Parks Master Plan. Parks Supervisor
Robert Johnson said the project was
delayed because the department
wanted more public input. Responses
to the city’s parks survey were not
