The hearing will be held during

p.m. in the Council Chambers
at Keizer Civic Center, 930
Chemawa Road NE, Keizer, OR
97303.
The plan’s fi ve year strategy
will guide investment policy
and actions such as housing,
economic development, public
services, public facility, and
infrastructure investments. The
planning process is intended to
more comprehensively fulfi ll three
basic goals: to provide decent
housing, to expand economic
opportunities, and to provide a
suitable living environment.
