A stolen truck was used to rip an
ATM off its foundation at First Tech
Credit Union in the early morning
hours of Wednesday, May 26.
Keizer Police Department offi cers
responded to a suspicious activity
call at 6015 Ulali Drive N.E. at 8:30
a.m.
An ongoing investigation revealed
that a full-size truck stolen in Salem
was attached, by chain, to the bank's
ATM.
Investigators believe the act was
the work of an organized criminal
element from another state.
