04300 assessments as set forth
herein.
WHAT:

hearing
to consider objections to
reapportionment of the Keizer
Station Area A LID assessments
associated
with
Tax
Lot
063W36A 04300.
WHY:
In-N-Out
Burgers,
owner of the property, has made
application that the City of Keizer
recalculate the assessments on
Tax Lot 063W36A04300 due to
a partition which divided tax lot
04300 into two lots.
State
statute
and
City
Ordinance
allow
for
the
reapportionment
when
the
property is partitioned, divided,
or otherwise reduced in size.
WHEN: A public hearing to
consider any objections to the
Public Works Director’s reports
