Donily sent her daughter
and husband on a trip to the
dollar store and bought out
the entire stock of elastic
headbands.
“I cut them in half and I
can get a couple of masks out
of each one,” Donily said.

The petition that has been
fi led in the above captioned
case is a divorce petition.
The petitioner, Annie Hartle,
is alleging that you are her
were married. The petitioner
also alleges there has been
irreconcilable
differences
between the parties that
have caused a irremediable
breakdown of their marriage;
she alleges that one child was
born as issue of the marriage
namely Laylah; and she is
currently pregnant.
Mrs. Hartle alleges she
should be awarded the sole,
care, custody and control of
the parties daughter Laylah
and the child to be born; the
petitioner alleges that you,
the respondent, shall have
parenting time as you and her
may agree through mediation,
or if you do not agree, is
appropriate pursuant to the
local Marion County Court
Rules.
The petitioner, Mrs. Hartle,
is requesting that you pay a
reasonable amount of child
support pursuant to the
Oregon Uniform Child Support
Guidelines for both the child
that is born and the child that is
scheduled to be born.
Mrs. Hartle is alleging that
she should be awarded the
real property located at 5147
Armstrong Ave NE, Salem, OR
97305, this property should be
awarded to her free and clear
of any claim of you; Mrs. Hartle
is also alleging that certain
personal property’s should be
equitably divided. Mrs. Hartle
is also alleging that each of you
should pay the debt incurred
by each of you since the date
of separation on or about the
8th day of September, 2019
and that the court shall make
an equitable distribution of any
other debts and liabilities.
Mrs. Hartle is requesting
that you pay her reasonably
incurred attorney fees if this
matter is contested. If this
matter is not contested she
will be responsible for her own
attorney fees.
Mrs. Hartle is requesting that
the court grants a judgment
dissolving the marriage of
the parties; granting relief
in conformance with the
allegations of the petition; and
granting other appropriate
relief.
