distilleries—which makes Divine
Distillers on Hyacinth Street a rarity.
Divine Distillers, opened by
Jason Greenwood and Jennell Ives
in the summer of 2018, is a craft
distillery that uses local fruits to
create amazing spirits. Each bottle is
made with the goal of preserving and
highlighting local fl avors.
“We seek to adapt the European
distilling traditions with innovation
creating spirits that capture the
essence of the Willamette Valley,” said
owner Jason Greenwood.
The primary products of the
distillery are eau-de-vie (water of
life) fi ery spirits made with pear,
apple or blueberry; brandy and,
rum. Jason says one of the signature
products of Divine Distillers is their
Agave Spirit (tequila) which was
voted the smoothest out of more
than 500 entries at the San Antonio
Veterans Spirit Competition.
“We are … focused on building
community through partnerships
and quality products,” added
Jason. “We are committed to the
community. This is our home and we
want to create a quality business that
characterizes the best of our local
resources.”
