The City Council will hold a
public hearing to consider
proposed revisions to the
Keizer Development Code to
amend Section 2.118 (Urban
Transition) correct, update,
and clarify the requirements
for development within the
zone.
LAND USE DECISION
CRITERIA: The criteria upon
which the decision on this
matter is to be considered
can be found in Section 3.111
(Text Amendments) of the
Keizer Development Code.
