made is grantor’s failure to
pay when due the following
sums: Monthly payments in
the sum of $1,215.24, from
August 1, 2018 and monthly
payments in the sum of
$1,206.68, from December 1,
2018, plus the sum of $134.38
for advances, together with

notice hereby is given that
the undersigned trustee will

entrance of the Marion County

auction to the highest bidder
for cash the interest in the

which the grantor has or
had power to convey at the

trust deed, together with any

the trust deed reinstated by

principal as would not then be
due had no default occurred)
and by curing any other
default complained of herein
that is capable of being cured
by tendering the performance

tendering the performance

in enforcing the obligation
and trust deed, together with
