Gretchen Dunn, Kayelee Schwab, Tina Ivanov, Abby Capuchine and Kristine Thomas.
Kiyanah Anderson placed
third in 8:36 and Destiny Ma-
rines-Cabrera took eighth in
8:59.
Whiteaker’s girls and boys

group of hard working boys and

TEXT AMENDMENT CASE
NO. 2018-21
PURPOSE OF HEARING:
The City Council will hold a
public hearing to consider
proposed revisions to the
Keizer Development Code
to amend Section 2.315
(Development
Standards)
to clarify building design
standards such as color, as
well as clarify the process for
requesting alternative design
review. In addition, revisions
to
Keizer
Development
Code
sections
1.200
(Defi nitions), 3.101 (Summary
of Application Types), and
3.202 (General Procedures)
are proposed to align the
changes.
LAND USE DECISION
CRITERIA: The criteria upon
which the decision on this
matter is to be based can be
found in Section 3.111 (Text
Amendments) of the Keizer
Development Code.

SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET
HEARING
A public hearing on a
proposed
supplemental
budget for the City of Keizer
will be held on Monday,
November 19, 2018 at 7:00
p.m. This hearing will be
held in the Robert L. Simon
Council Chambers, Keizer
Civic Center, 930 Chemawa
Road NE, Keizer, Oregon. The
purpose of the public hearing
is to discuss and consider a
supplemental budget for the
2018-2019 fi scal year budget.
The supplemental budget
will include an adjustment
to
transfer
$25,000
in
appropriations
in
the
Administrative Services Fund
Contigency to Materials and
Services and to recognize
and appropriate $45,000
of insurance proceeds in
the General Fund Police
Operations to provide for a
replacement police car.
The location of the meeting
is accessible to the disabled.
