Iris runs kicked off Saturday festivities
More than 230 runners and walkers participated in the Keiz-
erFEST runs on Saturday morning.
Jeffrey Alberghini topped 25 other competitors to win the
half marathon in 1 hour, 24 minutes and 22 seconds.
Pamela Naylor fi nished second in 1:31.20 and John Gonzales
took third in 1:37.20.
Grant Stein won the 10K in 43:07.
Bryan Rollins fi nished second in 47:37 and Kathryn Walker
placed third in 50:21.
Kara Dahl won the most popular race of the morning, fi nish-
ing the 5K in 21:03 to top 130 other runners and walkers.
Heather Matheny took second in 23:31. Darryl Gordon
placed third in 24:35.
Dony Symington had the fastest 3K time, winning the event
in 14:42.
Cody Stenerson fi nished second in 18:12 and Thaddeus Pat-
terson placed third in 18:17.
