The position of mayor, cur-
rently held by Cathy Clark is a
two-year term. Councilor posi-
tions 4, 5, and 6 (held by Ro-
land Herrera, Amy Ryan, and
Bruce Anderson, respectively),
are four-year terms. All posi-
tions are non-partisan and non-
paid.
To qualify for these posi-
tions, one must be a qualifi ed
elector in the State of Oregon
and a registered voter in the
City of Keizer; in addition, one
must have resided in of the City
of Keizer continuously for the
12 months preceding the elec-
tion.
