As outlined in City of
Keizer Ordinance No. 2015-
716, Establishing a Process
for the Formation of Public
Improvement Reimbursement
Districts, you are hereby
notifi ed of this hearing. After
the public hearing, the City
Council of the City of Keizer
shall determine whether an
exception should be approved
allowing the total fi nal cost to
exceed the estimated costs
by more than 10 percent. The
City Council’s decision shall
be embodied in a resolution.
If the Council approves an
exception to the total fi nal
costs, the resolution will set
forth the reimbursement fees
that will be imposed and that
will have to be paid prior to
development of your property.
These fees are in addition to
any other applicable fees,
assessments, and system
development charges.
If you wish to comment
on the fi nal costs, you may
fi le written comments at
the hearing on April 2, 2018
or appear at the hearing to
give oral testimony. Written
comments may be mailed
