Keizer man celebrates 100th birthday

Frank Moore celebrated
his 100 th birthday on Monday,
June 26 with family in Keizer.
Moore was born in Mc-
Minnville and grew up in Sa-
lem.
After serving in World War
II, he worked for the Depart-
ment of Transportation, help-
ing map and then inspect
roads.
Moore made his fi rst bike
and car from parts in a junk
yard. He enjoyed traveling and
often talks about his trip to
Israel.
He moved to Keizer 20
years ago and has been mar-
ried to Toini for 16 years.
Moore has one daugh-
ter, three grandchildren, nine
great grandchildren and two
great great grandchildren.
The family celebrated with
presents and cake.
