From the beginning, Salem Electric has
strived to be a responsible and supportive
member of the communities it serves.
Our employees are actively involved in
dozens of business, civic and community
organizations. Salem Electric
contributed over $48,000 to over
60 organizations in 2015.
A college scholarship program is available
for individuals residing in Salem Electric’s
service area and ten $1,000 scholarships
were awarded in 2015.
Whether it’s supporting youth activities and
local schools, volunteering at or sponsoring
family-oriented community events, your
electric cooperative is involved.
