oz. Parents are Christina and Nathan Bradford of Keizer.
• Gavin Rhys Gallagher was born November 3, 2015 at
Silverton Hospital. The baby boy weighed 6 pounds 3 ounces.
The parents are Jason and Bianca Gallagher of Keizer. He joins
sibling Dezirae, 15 months. Grandparents are Jose and Nelyda
of Salem. Leslie and Michael of Salem. Scott and Janette of
Roseburg.
• Jackson Ray Matthews was born November 6, 2015
at Salem Hospital. The baby boy weighed 6 pounds 9 ounces.
The parents are Shane and Samantha Matthews of Keizer. The
maternal grandparents are Vern and Lora Resster of Clats-
kanie. The paternal grandparents are Robert and Lisa Lee of
Anchorage.
• Abigail Hope GrosJacques was born November 14,
2015 at Salem Hospital. The baby girl weighed 9 pounds. The
parents are Donny and Jaimie GrosJacques of Keizer. The ma-
ternal grandparents are Carley and Shelly Kendrick of Keizer.
The paternal grandparents are Ted and Kelly GrosJacques of
Tigard.
• Noah Ryker Howard was born November 16, 2015 at
Silverton Hospital. The baby boy weighed 7 pounds 13 ounc-
es. The parents are Thomas and Carissa Howard of Willamina.
Siblings are Audrey 3 and Samuel 20 months. Grandparents
are Michelle Johnson of Willamina and Mark and Patty How-
ard of Keizer.
