MEETING
The Keizer City Council will
meet in regular session on
Monday, November 16, 2015
at 7:00 p.m. This meeting
will be held in the Robert L.
Simon Council Chambers,
Keizer Civic Center, 930
Chemawa Road NE, Keizer,
Oregon.
The
agenda
includes consideration of a
supplemental budget for the
2015-2016 fi scal year budget.
The supplemental budget
will include an adjustment
to the Water Facility Fund
to appropriate $85,000 in
available resources to provide
for a water fi ltration project.
The location of the meeting
is accessible to the disabled.

TEXT AMENDMENT CASE
NO. 2015-19
PURPOSE OF HEARING:
The City Council will hold a
public hearing to consider
proposed text amendments
to revise Section 2.108
(Commercial Offi ce); 2.109
(Commercial Retail); 2.110
(Commercial Mixed Use);
2.112 (Commercial General);
2.113 (Industrial Business
District); 2.114 (Industrial
General); 2.115 (Agricultural
Industrial); 2 .119 (Employment
General) to allow a Marijuana
Retailer as a Special Permitted
Use consistent with the
requirements in Section 2.433
(Medical Marijuana Facilities/
Marijuana Grow Site); and, to
add a defi nition of Marijuana
Retailer in Section 1.200
(Defi nitions).
LAND USE DECISION
CRITERIA: The criteria upon
which the decision on this
matter will be based can be
found in Section 3.111 (Text
Amendments) of the Keizer
Development Code.

issue precludes appeal to the

based on that issue.
