The Great Oregon
Steam-up will hold its
second and last weekend
Saturday and Sunday, Aug.
1 and 2.
The Steam-up is held at
the 62-acre Antique Powerland
grounds on Brooklake Road
N., between River Road and
Interstate 5.
The annual event draws
exhibitors and attendees from
around the nation.
Antique steam tractors and
machines are joined by the daily
parade of tractors, exhibits and
a collection
of museums including the Pacific
Northwest Truck Museum.
A returning feature is a large
swap meet. Mini hay bales are
a popular item available for
purchase.
Food and entertainment are
plentiful. Admission is $12, free
for those under 12. Parking is
free.
The Steam-up hours are 7
a.m. to 6 p.m. both days.
