The Planning Commission
will hold a public hearing to
consider proposed revisions
to Section 2.107 (Mixed
Use) and 2.414 (Veterinary
Services) of the Keizer
Development Code to allow a
veterinary business to operate
in a Mixed Use zone subject
to meeting the standards in
Section 2.414.
LAND USE DECISION
CRITERIA: The criteria upon
which the decision on this
matter will be based can be
found in Section 3.111 (Text
Amendments) of the Keizer
Development Code.
