o f Stayton, Oregon, has by Resolution
declared its intention to improve that
portion of Ida street, beginning at the
West boundrv line o f I.iiettirhs Addi
tion to the town o f Staston, and ex
tending to the West line o f Second
street in said town, by scraping earth
from tne sides o f »aid »treet sufficient
to level up said street, ami suit grading
the same for a width o f 4J feet on each
side o f the Center Line of the street,
and graveling the sub grade with
screened gravel to a depth of 6 inches.
Said Council also declares its inten
tion to improve that portion of Water
street beginning at the East line of
First street and extending to the West
line o f Second street in Bursons Addi
tion to the town o f Stayton, by restor
ing the grade and suh grading the
same for u distance o f 4$ feet on each
