publication thereof in the Stayton Mail,
a newspaper published weekly in Mar­
ion County, Oregon, by order of Hon.
Geo. G. Bingham. Judge of the Gircuit
Court of the State of Oregon, for the
Third Judicial District, dated on the
1st day of February, 1918. The first
publication to be on the 7th day of Feb­
ruary, 1918, and you are required to
appear and answer said complaint on or
before the 21st day of March, 1918.
