by virtue o f an execution duly issued
out ot the Circuit Court o f the State of
Oregon, for the County o f Multnomah,
and to me directed on the 30 day of
August, 1916 upon u judgment duly
rendered, entered o f record and docket­
ed in and by said Court on the 14th Uay
o f August 1916 in a certain suit then
in said Court pending, wherein W. I).
Mixter was plaintiff and Hattie E.
Bartholomay was defendant in favor
o f plaintiff and against said defendant
by which execution i am commanded to
sell the property in said execution and
hereinafter described to pay the sum
due the plaintiff o f $100.00 with inter­
est thereon at the rate o f 8 per cent.

vember 1915 until paid and the further
sum o f $25.00, with interest at 6 per
cent, from August 14th, 1916 together
with the costs and disbursements of
said suit taxed at $14.70 and costs and
expenses o f said execution. I will on

1916 at the hour o f 10 o ’ clock A. M. o f
aid day at the west door o f the County
Court house, in Marion County, Oregon,
sell at public auction to the highest
bidder for cash in hand on the day of
sale, all the right, title, interest and
estate which said defendant Hattie E.
Bartholomay and all [K-rsons claiming
under her subsequent to the date o f
levy on the hereinafter described land,
December 11th, 1916, in, o f and to said
premises hereinbefore mentioned and
described in said execution as follows,
