School District No. 77 ss.
Notice is hereby given that at the
school district bond election hereby
called to be held at The City Hall, in
the Town o f Stayton in and for School
District No. 77, o f Marion County,Ore­
gon, Thursday the 1st day o f April, A .-
D. 1915 between t h e hours o f two
o ’clock p. m. and seven o ’clock p. m.,
there will be submitted to the legal
voters thereof the question o f contract­
ing a bonded indebtedness in the sum
o f 515,000.00 for the purpose o f Buying
a site and buiiding a High School Build­
ing in and for said school district.
The vote to be by ballot upon which
shall be the words “ Bonds—Y es” and
“ Bonds—N o.” ; and the voter shall
place a cross (X ) between the word
“ Bonds” and the word “ Y es” or be­
tween the word “ Bonds” apd the word
“ N o” which indicates his choice.
The polls for the reception o f the
ballots cast for or against the con­
traction o f sai.i indebtedness will, on
said day and date and at the place
aforesaid, be opened at the hour o f two
o ’clock p. m. and remain open until the
hour o f seven o ’clock p. m. o f the same
day when the same shall be closed.
