In clearing away the debris o f the great fire which destroyed Hamilton’s stock a few weeks ago, the fire men uncovered about six great dray loads o f merchandise. This consisted chiefly o f Sweaters, Knit Un derwear, Hosiery, yards o f Wooolens, Silks, etc. It was practically undamaged- water soaked only !
