at 7:30 by Edgar Watters, chairman of
the evening.
Mr. Kay was the first speaker. He
pointed out the inconsistency o f the

friends o f the direct primary law and
at the same time launching the assemb­
ly movement, which he stated was a
direct violation o f the law.
